A last word on self help and self improvement... Transformation is difficult to define because it's not black and white, rather it's intangible, and for every individual this will be different. For some, self help and self improvement means change. With change there sometimes is loss, loss of an old way of doing and being. With transformation there is also gain, bringing in the new to you - a new you!
