Shipping and Delivery
For orders other than downloadable items alternative methods of shipment such as surface mail, overnight express or other forms of postage, will be charged postage and handling at the checkout.

Michaelascherr.com cannot ship any product to a post box.

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify Michaelascherr.com of any change of shipping address that occurs after purchase.

Payment Options
All products must be prepaid prior to shipment.

Payment options available are:

• Money Order or Bank Cheque

Please note:  personal cheques will not be accepted.

Returns
Michaelascherr.com is unable to accept returns or exchanges of downloadable products such as e-books and other publications, CD's, DVD's, or diskettes.

Michaelascherr.com is unable to accept returns of any other items that are in an un-sellable condition.
